We did some brain teasers like sudoku and optical illusions.
I wonder what are the parts of the brain?
I enjoyed doing sudoku and guess and check
3 thing that I learnt about fitness
1. Play something you love to do.
2. If you are scared to try something.new, go for it.
3. if there is something that you dont like, keep on doing it.
We did really hard poses, some are easy.
Why was yoga invented?
I enjoyed doing Nice and relaxing poses.
We did a stupidly hard beep test.
Why do you need to keep fit?
I enjoyed running and getting a good score.
